All prices on this website are VAT exclusive unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are added if indicated as your preferred option. See the ‘Shipping and Handling’ section below for a full list of delivery charges.

Using this website
Order instructions are found at the top of the main order form page. The developments of ecommerce functions on this site are currently on-going. If you have any questions about the use of this site please contact your preferred office directly or email printcafe1900@gmail.com and we will endeavour to respond to your inquiry by the next working day.

We welcome your views on our website and ordering system. Comments can be submitted via the Contact Us Forms. We also have a Feedback form if you wish to use this.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery is charged per order. Delivery charges are not included in the price of an item, instead they are added as your preferred option in the product line.

Our charges for delivery to UK addresses are as follows:
Delivery charges are stated in relation to your order prior to invoicing and payment. These may vary subject to item and agreed service level.

Stock Availability
For various reasons, it is not possible to always guarantee that every item listed on the website is in stock. If you order a product that we usually keep stock of, but it is out of stock at the time of order, we will contact you immediately to inform you of this, and give an estimated delivery date. If you require an item by a particular date for any reason, please let us know at the time of order. We are happy to suggest alternative items which are either in stock or more easily available, and you will always be given the option to cancel your order if we are unable to obtain your item(s) in your desired time scale.

Tax Charges
In the main prices where shown are quoted exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchases; please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at..
Requests for refunds on any bespoke printed item should be made within seven working days of receipt of finished work by emailing us at sales@johnewright.com

Whilst every effort is made by us to ensure the best achievable quality, by uploading your artwork you are accepting that it is correct to your requirement. In some instances we may ask for additional confirmation that you are happy to proceed with your order. In some instances we may decline to proceed with your order unless revised artwork is supplied. Refunds on all bespoke work are discretionary.
